  • Classes taught by experienced teachers and professional musicians who are trained by and registered with the national Music Together organization.
  • Songs, chants, instrument games, props, playalongs, rhythmic and tonal games, lullabies, and lots of fun!
  • A free pass for one sibling or guest visit!
  • Three makeup classes to be used within the semester. Don't wait until you've missed a class; use our online makeup scheduler so that your child can introduce another one of her caregivers, such as spouse, grandparent, or nanny to another class some time when you're busy. Makeups may be done with any of our teachers, at any of our Newton locations.
  • Information about your child's musical development to assist you in observing, understanding, and enjoying your child's progress toward basic music competence.
  • A community of cool, music-loving moms, dads, nannies and other friends of children!
  • Siblings may visit a maximum of two times per nine-week semester at $15 per visit with advance notice based on space availability.
  • Music Together and Canta y Baila: two copies of a rocking, professionally-recorded CD (one copy for home, one for car)--a different collection each semester! Share a Shirah: a songbook made by us!
    • Music Together CDs come from the internationally-recognized gold-standard, Music Together in Princeton, NJ. (Research shows that parents choose to listen to these CDs when they could be listening to something else). The CD has matching songbook with the words, the melodies, some suggestions for home use, and beautiful illustrations. Music Together students also receive a parent guide DVD called “Music Together at Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically.”
    • Canta y Baila Conmigo CDs are made here by local native-Spanish-speaker Maddie Welch and studio engineer David Piper. The CD has a matching songbook with the words, the melodies, and suggestions for home use.
