Did you know that all children are musical?

Did you know that music learning supports all learning?

Regardless of your own musical ability, your child has the potential to mature into a competent music-maker and dancer. In our classes, your family has fun while laying the foundation for music development, success in school, and life satisfaction.

Music Together® classes foster your child's natural enthusiasm for music and movement. This program provides all elements children need to achieve basic musical skills to enjoy school and social musical activities, and to study an instrument should they choose to.
Canta y Baila Conmigo classes
, crafted by a local native speaker, build Spanish language, cultural, and musical competence in your child--and you!

Our preschool music specialists will bring fun and learning to your daycare, preschool, or birthday party.

What's New

Largest Music Together Playdate

It was a blast! Well over moms, dads, nannies, kids, & even grandparents sang, danced, and drummed in summery shade at the Newton Center Playground. Munchkins were consumed. One child waded safely in the creek. Maddie Welch and Julia Priest took requests, playing guitars and singing in Spanish as well as English. New friendships were made. Healthy, happy, sunny children were everywhere. We all plan on doing it again.

Hearing & remembering b4 birth!

Julia reviewed a ton of important scientific articles for the journal of the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association. Read the article here!

The biggest music misconceptions

"People think that there are musicians and nonmusicians. . . No, wait. An even bigger misunderstanding is the assumption that music doesn’t matter. Music programs in schools are often the first casualties of economic recessions. Without these programs, we’re not enabling the expression of a deep, biologically grounded communication system."
